What part of the surge did he F up, because I thought the surge eventually helped lead to less violence. Isn’t the surge why Afghanistan is the only war in the headlines anymore? Did I miss something in the 5 months I took off reading politics leading up to the election and the 5-7 months afterwards because of being burned-out?
