My husband used to work at a luxury apt complex next door to that hotel/venue, while it was under construction. It’s for rich people, you or I could never afford to live in the apartments, stay in the hotel or have a party there. The hotel company forced the apartment company to make space for their guests in their parking garage, threatened legal action etc. The event planning company also has other properties that aren’t Biltmore hotels, its a big company. That was no tiny wedding, 11 bridemaids and 8 groomsmen. Great, just what Atlanta needs, more walking disease vectors and workers getting sick.
