We live in a country filled with millions of immigrants doing the work that Americans won’t do, and a bunch of Americans that would either deport, imprison or shoot those people. You honestly think those same Americans would willingly go along with taking in large numbers of refugees? Keep dreaming.

And before going to bed I’ll add that I wasn’t trying to gloat or mock any point of view with my #188. It was intended as a piece of dispassionate analysis and contains no subtext.
