She did nothing wrong as per the contract that both sides willingly entered into and signed - she didn’t breach it. NBC did. So, she’s right to demand payment and fulfillment of terms. I don’t know what noncompete or other provisions are in the contracts, but she’s likely to prevail on getting paid and potentially getting out of a noncompete or being locked into the network but getting ghosted.

Those who approved this idiotic move should get shitcanned at NBC. Their efforts to both sides everything bites them in the ass.

TBH, having to pay $600,000 to get rid of Ronna looks like a cheap price to pay. For NBC/Universal, that’s couch-cushion change.
