Maybe. The problem for The Shit Gibbon is that Mueller has sent all of the evidence of crimes not directly associated with Russian influence in the 2016 election to other prosecutorial venues.

I imagine Barr, at this point, is either shitting his pants or drinking and muttering, “well, fuck”.

The NRA’s laundering of Russian influence money would be a good example. Mueller might well have found the evidence but it would not be strictly within his mandate to pursue an indictment.
