I guess it comes down to what it means.

This man is wholly unconvincing about anything. If he says his own name I don’t want to believe it.

I recall that the notorious, now-dead pedophile Jimmy Savile had a show on British television called, “Jim’ll Fix It.” Seriously, Jeb!, don’t your people do some Googling before you come up with this stuff?
