Yeah, I tried finding tasso where we live in Scotland— wasn’t going to happen. That was a very sad day for me. I remember I told you about my woes in that regard. Time to stock up on the zatarans!

I tried finding any kind of salsa in eastern France once. The only chili type anything on the super marche shelf was Tabasco. Had to make my own salsa, sans cilantro, couldn’t find that.
