Notice what he says “he’s not voting for Trump” that doesn’t necessarily mean he’s “voting for Biden.” He’s either going to vote third party or write in someone’s name or leave the line blank.

Which, grand scheme of things: any vote that is not for Trump is better than any vote that would otherwise be for Trump.
