Yeah, that’s what’s interesting, this assumption that no new indictments = everybody in the clear. Particularly when to this day they insist that the fact that Hillary has never been indicted does not mean she was innocent of criminal acts.

Mueller could find that Trump engaged in unlawful activity ― whether conspiring with Russia or obstructing an investigation into the matter ― but decided not to indict him because of the Justice Department’s view that a sitting president cannot be indicted

They could just be waiting till he’s no longer president…
