Well in that case, lets make sure that we don’t pay for antibiotics for any guy that catches an STD. Make sure that people who ride motorcycles are forced to pay for any injuries they encounter, since they would have been safer to ride in a car.

Interestingly, I saw a wingnut whining that Obamacare would pay for STD screening and antibiotics for sex workers (his terminology was more derogatory), and that this was a Bad Thing.

No thought of the public health consequences of untreated STDs in sex workers, either. Presumably any woman whose husband gets infected and brings it home had it coming
