I used to be in a band with a crazy sax player who had a foolproof (he said) method to knock out any flu or cold. He’d down most of a 5th of 151 rum, climb under his bedcovers and “sweat it out.”

And just to be safe, he’d do this when he wasn’t sick, too. 😬
