Kinda puts the whole overblown nontroversy about how Obama and Netenyahu don’t like each other in a new light, doesn’t it.

Reagan had no problem using the very charged term Holocaust in responding to Begin’s government carrying out airstrikes and artillery attacks against PLO embedded in Southern Lebanon (language that the PLO, Fatah, Hamas, and other Islamic terror groups would use every time Israel attacked with force against terror infrastructure - see Jenin). And that’s despite Begin seeing his family decimated by the Holocaust.

Yeah but Obama anti-Israel yada yada. Honestly, I had not read about that incident before. I frankly think Reagan’s choice of words was insensitive to say the least.
