I don’t know what that means with the former Virginia governor, but with the abortion case against Texas it would uphold Texas’s overburdening clinic regulations.

We can hope Justice Kennedy decided that was too much government overreach (something conservatives are always on about), or even better, an utter repudiation of Texas (6-2 or better).
