Not yet, even after doing some edits of the config. I’m about to try the suggestion of buying the “Complete” set with BTS. That package is supposed to have the 3.19 patch integrated.

The MS-upgraded Vista will not recognize me as administrator when I try toggle the config fix. If they had warned on the change, I would have kept the machine permanently offline. Bastards.
