Again: If Trump had seen his Wall as anything but a campaign gimmick, he would have convened a planing commission to present design & engineering studies, legal and environmental impact statements and present a budget and timetable.

None of that has been forthcoming….

The segment from Samantha Bee notes that the Maladministration is circumventing the law on eminent domain, simply seizing Texan’s land with the statement “they’ll be paid later,” with the government deciding what their land is worth.

The woman they interviewed notes it’s people up north who are for this, not anyone who lives on the border. In her case, she received a letter from the government saying they were seizing her land right up to her house.
