Republican Rep. Debbie Riddle swung her vote in support of the bill, but it was not immediately clear why she had changed her mind.

I’m betting she got the word from her owners and her Tea Party constituents that if she didn’t change her vote she would be primaried in the next election and she would lose.

Being the gutless wonder that most GOPer’s are these days, she caved.
