Newt Gingrich is right about what Mitt needs to do in the first debate, but I’m not sure Romney can pull it off:

You guys keep saying that. It is stupid. This has been the worst economic recession/downturn/depression, whatever you want to call it, since the Great Depression. And it happened under a republican administration.

It is dumb to try to compare the recovery to milder recessions since the 30s. Stop it.
