I could spend days writing a list of all of Trumps obnoxious public speaking habits, and this coy routine he trots out with some regularity would be near the top. The deplorables want to see it as a sign of his stable genius. Ooo, something big is coming. I see it as a long-practiced rhetorical crutch for someone who doesn’t know a damn thing.
