It may not have been a death threat per se, but what Chuck posted to DeRay was absolutely a threat to harm him. And with Chuck’s audience, that kind of violent language could very easily inspire one of the creeps who follow him to commit real violence. Chuck is very aware of this. I think it’s one of the reasons why he does what he does - he’s trying to get people hurt.
