I certainly hope you’re right.

You know when people started trading in their gas guzzlers for more fuel efficient cars? Yep. When “evil oil companies” had to raise their prices so high. It’s called the free market. Some people prefer to think the government can fix things, particularly when a Dem is in charge of the fixing. But they can’t — no matter the party. They are only “fixing” those things that are screwed as a result of their meddling in the first place.

This program is stupid. People don’t support it because it’s stupid. Not because Obama came up with it.

The next brilliant government program I see coming is offering me money to trade in my uneaten cheeseburger for a coupon to go to Whole Foods and buy arugula…
