Who is this wingnut Kentucky congressman? He apparently doesn’t realise that any treaty negotiated in the United Nations has to be approved by the Senate to be effective in the USA?

Or is this just scaremongering for his constituents?

Massie is my congresscritter. He lives about 20 miles from me.
He is an extreme Libertarian, even though he’s registered as a Republican. Rand Paul hand-picked him, plucked him out of nowhere, and pretty much bought a seat in Congress for him.
