good times for me til the very end…my demise was ugly…during a rope hike after dark at winter camp…we were exhausted and climbing a long set of log stairs back to our cabins…I was at the end, the anchor…the leaders son had been harassing me for weeks and I finally snapped…he wad directly ahead of me, I yanked the rope with all my might and he came back down the steps out of balance and I hit him in the mouth…knocked him out cold and a couple of teeth as well…even after explaining myself in the face of this kids lies, I was sent packing to my bunk, missing the festivities and the excitement of the lost teeth…hours later I slipped out, grabbed my gear and split the camp…I walked almost 30 miles before I called my dad to bail me out with a ride…the BSA was over for me

Sorry to hear it. Wonder if the kid learned anything.
