I don’t care how conniving you are, you can’t bravely announce your dog whistle to Rush on live radio.

I know this may blow minds on the right, but a few poor souls on the left actually listen to that show and record what is said.

And then the rest of us actually do research when deciding what candidates to support.

Crazy, I know, listening to quotes that people actually said rather than “you didn’t build that” soundbites.

I like the defense of Rush that he’s using satire. Remember Palin defending Limbaugh for calling liberal democrats retards on the air but blasting Rahm Emmanuel for saying it off camera. Limbaugh could say the n-word repeatedly on the air and it would be defended because Rush apparently is the greatest satirist since Jonathan Swift.
