As for her not mentioning it, even if it was handed down before the rally, it could well be that Mrs. Clinton did not hear of it before the rally.

Mrs. Clinton has been quite clear on her position about abortion, summed up as “mind your own business.”

Decision came just before her rally started, right about when Warren was being introduced.
Hillary managed to get a tweet out, but apparently that was NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!111!!!
