For sure, but let’s not forget the reset button (that happened after Georgia), and the very anemic response after 2014 Crimea. Yes, Trump was an absolute disaster between inviting Lebanov to the WH, the Helsinki mess, clear skies, and blackmailing Zelensky, etc. But, the Obama White House did us no favors with regards to Putin; and I voted for the guy twice and donated to his campaign.

I expect you also voted for the Sec’y of State who gave Lavrov the reset button.
