The best part about apocalyptic sci-fi movies is the fact that it appears somebody made a bomb that killed only engineers, scientists, and people with building skills. OH, and anybody with horticulture skills.

I mean, really, we somehow lose the ability to build and construct anything, and live in a really dirty world where we have to scrounge what was made previously, but badly.

Nobody’s left, apparently, who can figure out how to use batteries, copper wire, and some sort of physical force (water, wind, etc.) to make electricity.

Did I really say that? I mean magnets, copper wire and physical force.

This is why I leave the electrical engineer-ing to Dad and Mr. EmmmieG.
