I really want the Senators to grill her about her views on the “illegitimate” 14th and 15th Amendment and “illegitimate” West Virginia. I know it’s a practice among law profs to stake out weird-ass positions to make names for themselves, but now that she’s being considered for the Supreme Court, she has to say on the record if she accepts these Amendments (and West Virginia’s validity). The 14th Amendment particularly concerns me, since it was that Amendment that grants citizenship to freed slaves and others.

Yes. I mean, what the fucking fuck does that mean? Does Kamala Harris ask her whether she thinks African Americans should be citizens of the United States?

Also, if the Dems make her lose her cool she’s got a problem. Justice Boofy McRapey can get mad and whiny because he has a penis. Not her.
