If it’s all you’ve ever known coping mechanisms can kick in very early, if it’s something you are reduced too through ill health or redundancy then it’s worse on the noodlebox.

This is where I think the Churches do a real service. Promoting community and positive attitude and the value of each other.

This has been on my mind because I know someone who had completely changed her life for the better after joining small church. She finally has a values based extended family that really cares and has their collective heads on straight.
