foreigners, no insurance, no money, etc - though they should be temporary wards of whoever is detaining them,
…sounds like one of the goals was to get them out of the hospital real fast

found a fever
waited 90 minutes
gave him drugs
and said bye bye

if there was an insurance card, there would have been 50 tests ordered
“we want to be sure what it is, and isnt”

gave him antibiotics for a cold, which is a virus.

antibiotics won’t do a thing for a virus.
