Adam Schiff’s censure, which he has been fund raising off of, was so tailor made to boost his California Senate campaign that there is a theory that McCarthy’s actual intent was to help Schiff because Schiff is the most moderate candidate for the Senate seat.

Heh, I think you are being very kind to credit thoughtful and considered planning to Kevin McCarthy.

From my viewpoint, the words inadvertent, unintended, unforeseen, accidental, unexpected and unplanned seem more like McCarthy’s style.
