I posted my last in somewhat.. No a stupid manner’
I don’t give a rats ass about where someone stands about how man, may or may not impact warming. Warming is scientifically proven.
If we cannot agree that we have impacted that in some way the we may as well state that we humans have not improved our systems of: treatment of crap in sewer systems over the ages; eliminating and or reducing the impact of disease; realizing that the air that was floating over cities was much more toxic than today. That we have reduced man caused disease based on tobacco, increased the alcholohism in indigenous people. (Maybe the most dangerous of this planets dwellers is modern man western style), increased lung cancer may have kept us in check…
But no, we have impacted this oasis in much more harmful ways.. Progress. Did we not have a major impact on Japan..kilometer sized ones..twice. We did some major damage to a city in India, a while back with one of our ‘Multinatioals right?
How about oil spills?
Humans impact everything that happens on this planet. Unfortunately so much time goes by that we will have some nitwits out there saying they agree with that, totally..and we will not be able to change the way we do things. That is scary, most of those that think like that are also hoping for that, ‘Hurry Sundown’, event that will bring the big guy. And remove us from our responsibility, that is somewhat biblical in my old mind.
‘We should leave a place a little bit better than we found it’. Something my Mother instilled in all of us. I think they are good words
