The first “mission” is more of a tutorial, learn the keys, movement, etc, very scripted, but that is to be expected. In the second mission, you have a lot more control. It its turned based tactical, but they took a page out of the Fallout series VATS system, where as your squad runs and engages the enemies, it will switch to a cinematic view of them kicking in doors, tossing grenades, taking cover, etc.
