Yes.
The mother lived 2 houses down north of us and the son, 3 or 4 houses south of us. I can’t remember exactly, it was in the ’70s.

My younger brother and I were drug using teenagers that played loud music. Once, just to piss them off, my drummer brother and I took our equipment outside on the front lawn, turned the amps up as loud as possible and played our version of ‘Whole Lotta Love’.

Mom moved the kennel to an acreage 250kms away the next year.

I think this sub-thread explains why my brother wants 80+ acres of land to build his house on. Not only the seclusion of not being that close to neighbors (which he sort of has now), but the ability to sets things up so that he doesn’t even see them in the distance.
