No. I fell on some ice before. Landed on my right foot/ankle. I either a) broke a bone; b) tore a ligament or c) sprained it something fierce.
ICE? reduce inflamation.
best for orthopaedic pain, IMHO.
If you can put weight on it, it probably isn’t broken.
sprains are the worst of the three as far as pain goes-SO I’ve been told.
because of my hypermobility, I have sufficient experience with ankle sprains advise lots of ice.
They’d do that at the ER anyway.
