Macker … IMO … he is trying really really fast to give as much to the people who got him into office before his “love tour” fades … if he gives enough to “some” of the people who sold their souls for a few bucks from the government it will give him enough time to get them dependent on the government like never before and then they will be forever sucking on him … so if that sounds bad … I don’t care … it is how I see it … and he will gets the votes next time again …
