Pelosi has a point. But she isn’t saying that the Obama administration is without responsibility. The writer of the article in the Washington Examiner is opinionating that she says the Obama administration is blameless. Given the angry tone and skepticism of the last line, one could be forgiven for assuming that the Examiner doesn’t care too much for Pelosi or the Democrats, and their indignation that anyone could find fault in the Bush administration is fairly evident.

Still, Pelosi’s comment in the context of this article doesn’t thrill me.
