For example, some TX regulations relating to ambulatory surgical centers relate to fire code compliance etc. Alito pretends that having these specific regulations in HB2 overturned by SCOTUS means that abortion clinics are now totally unregulated by the state with respect to fire code etc.

False. Clinics had to meet code before HB2 was passed and still have to meet code. What got struck down was the extra levels of bullshit regulation involved in the TRAP laws.

RWNJs got too greedy with their TRAP bullshit for Justice Kennedy to go along with it.
