Most restaurants that I’ve been to have no idea how to cook a steak. Not a single fucking clue. And those that do know how to do it right, charge a massive premium.

This is why I prefer to grill at home. I may not be five star quality, but I do have mad skills.

Agreed…. I had a prime rib the other day at a restaurant that boasts about having the best prime rib in San Diego County….. it was like bubble gum…. I will never go back.
