Weird. People like that write as though their brain is in the grip of something else; they seem to think it’s not obvious that they’re trying to push their bullshit agenda through. From claiming it’s all communists, to the weird allegation that immediately after WWII Americans would be attempting to create some sort of propaganda, the whole thing is a series of paranoid spikes.

It’s also part of the revisionist fixation on irrelevant details; given that Dachau was not an extermination camp, and given the abundance of evidence of gassing and mass killing at other camps, why on earth would Americans perpetrate some sort of fraud to make it look as though Dachau was?

The most obvious explanation is that Dachau’s gas chambers were either experimental, or simply never used because, logistically, it was determined it was better to send prisoners along to the extermination camps rather than do it at Dachau.
