If Obama were President, there wouldn’t have been a pandemic because the pandemic response team would have remained intact and combated the disease before it spread throughout the world with each nation fighting on its own against this disease.

I’d like to believe that, but I don’t, not for a second. This virus was silently spreading before we even realized it was there. We would very likely have had a response more like South Korea’s and been in much better shape here at home, but it would not have prevented the pandemic. Of course that is all speculation and we can’t really know what would have happened.
