He travels around our community and beyond for any job he can find. We are talking construction supplies, gas, restaurants, post office, etc. Must he obtain the Tax ID number of every gas station he stops at just in case he spends over $600 at any one station?

My guess is that if they want this to work it’ll become customary for some sort of tax payer ID # to be on the receipt for goods purchased.
