Today’s bit of theater from the conservative justices was laying the groundwork for dismissal of the law altogether. But Roberts and Kennedy are still seen as swing votes.

There are two questions; Is it all or nothing? And if it’s not all, what can they strike down?

I hope they go with all or nothing. If it all stands great. If is all goes, I wonder how people with preexisting conditions and the 2.5 million people who are currently on their parent’s insurance will fee? I wonder how they will vote?
