I remember seeing this coming years ago with the “Twitter Gulag” protesters…Twitter is a de facto monopoly, but still, someone with Trump’s business acumen could start his own Internet platform that would outperform Twitter, right?

Not a monopoly. There’s Gab and another I can’t remember…Kialo or some such. But Twitter is the Ma Bell of our times… Except it’s free.

The comparison brings up a new discussion, doesn’t it?
