My final verdict on Benghazi: I think Obama was likely capable of sending help, but was wise not to. To have sent American military assets in would have been fairly high risk and would have created an international incident. To borrow from Henry Stimson, this was sadly a time when men had to die.

What has driven you to this particular conclusion?
