Oh they are counting on that which is why they packed the courts with every asshole they could get their hands on. The courts will do everything they can to neuter Biden which is why the Democrats have to expand the Supreme Court from 9 to at least 15.

I’m not sure what the answer is to this. FDR tried that and was torn apart for that.

Moreover, if the Dems expand the Supreme Court to fifteen, what keeps the Republicans from expanding it to twenty-five next time they’re in power?
