Honestly … I only used that site because it came up in the google search … I didn’t learn of it from that article. So I believe with multiple sources, the graffitti exists as described. If you see no issue with the dictator being demonized as a Jew, you probably also don’t think that in that region, people can be convinced that khadafy really IS a Jew, as bizarre as it sounds.
