I’m banished to side dishes. And no tater salad or coleslaw. Gonna do bbq’d corn on the cob and am leaning to taters cooked in foil with onions and butter.

If you have to do taters, get a big bag of fingerling potatoes (those little fuckers that look kind of misshapen). Cut the larger ones in half, toss them in olive oil and sprinkle generously with salt, pepper, and some dried herbs, then throw ‘em in a 9x13 in the oven at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes.
