There are countless cases of where criminal defendants can’t post bond and are stuck in jail for months or years. It’s yet another double standard in criminal justice where white guys (and they’re usually white guys engaging in “white collar crimes” don’t get treated like everyone else. The justice system isn’t rigged.

It’s fixed to favor the white guys.
