ROFL! Well ya know, waaay back in the day, before there were home computers and the internet (yes, I AM that old) I did read Playboy (never liked Penthouse very much) for the articles and the cartoons……….after, ah, perusing the other material Playboy offered!

Heh. I used to enjoy the Gahan Wilson cartoons in Playboy - very sardonic. And the Vargas art was very hot.
Penthouse, on the other hand, was a lot harder to justify from a literary viewpoint, but it certainly served its purpose, especially when time was of the essence.
