I am a bit late to this discussion, but if anyone is under the illusion that NorKor is scared of Obama, they are misguided. NorKor could order an artillery barrage on Seoul and Obama would apologize. He lives in a world where friends are disposable and political philosophy is king. He no doubt thinks the SoKor’s are capitalists ingrates, and the NorKor’s simply misunderstood. Kim reads him like a book.
